By filing the present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner is seeking parole for a period of three months.

As per Nominal roll dated 04.12.2015, the Petitioner has already availed Furlough from 30.09.2015 to 15.10.2015. 4.
As per para-11.5 of Parole/Furlough Guidelines: 2010, only on expiry of six months, a convict can apply afresh for parole/furlough. The said para is reproduced herein as under:- "11. In order to be eligible for release on parole in terms of para 9 above:- 11.1..........................

11.3.........................
11.4.........................

11.5 A minimum of six months ought to have elapsed from the date of termination of the previous parole."

Since period of six months from the date of termination of previous parole/furlough availed by the petitioner has not expired, the prayer of the Petitioner for releasing him on parole is hereby rejected. 6.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
7.
Petitioner be informed through concerned Jail Superintendent about the orders passed.
