The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.239/2017 registered under Sections 354/506 IPC at PS Jafrabad. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. By an order dated 16.10.2017, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join the investigation as and when required.

Undisputedly, the petitioner has joined the investigation since then. The parties are related to each other. dispute over some trivial issue has arisen between them. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, interim bail granted vide order dated 16.10.2017 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions.

The bail application stands disposed of.
