O R D E R

% 23.09.2016 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has received an amount of Rs.3,27,540/- vide cheque bearing No.274565 dated 02.07.2016 towards payment of arrears under VIth Pay Commission and the same has been accepted by him by way of a letter dated 11.07.2016 but a computation of the amount paid may be directed to be supplied to the petitioner.

Let the said computation of the amount paid to the petitioner be supplied to him within two weeks. Should the petitioner still feel aggrieved by the computation, he may pursue his remedies as may be, in appropriate proceedings. Liberty granted.

Nothing further survives in the petition.

It is disposed off accordingly.
