% 20.12.2018 Status report has been filed which confirms that mother of the petitioner has been advised for frequent dialysis and A-V Fistala formation is to be done on 26.12.2018 and thereafter dialysis is to commence. Learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, submits that petitioner's father has to undergo another cataract surgery on 14.01.2019. In view of the facts and circumstances, interim bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 29.10.2018 in BAIL APPLN. 2491/2018 is extended for a further period of four weeks from today on the same sureties.

Petitioner shall surrender to the concerned superintendent Jail on expiry of the period of four weeks from today. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. Order dasti under signatures of the Court Master. SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J DECEMBER 20, 2018/'rs'
