% 07.02.2018 Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in view of the fact that the petitioner is not being harassed by the officials of respondents, he wishes to withdraw the present writ petition along with pending application with liberty to approach this Court, if necessity so arises. Mr. Gupta, learned counsel for MCD submits that the MCD does not admit any of the averments made in the writ petition.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition along with CM APPLN. No. 37432/2017 is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted, as prayed.
