% 09.08.2018 In view of the subsequent developments which occurred pursuant of the filing of the writ petition and during proceedings, it is rendered infructuous inasmuch as the assessee has now carried the matter in appeal to the Objection Hearing Authority challenging the order assessing it pursuant to the notice under Sections 32/33 of the DVAT Act. The present writ petition [W.P.(C) 9285/2017] is accordingly disposed of.

By the previous order in WP(C) No.231/2018 titled Combined Trading Agency v. Commissioner of Trade & Taxes the Court directed the writ petition to be listed along with the pending matters. Since
