% 28.11.2017 The respondent's counsel points out that her application seeking rejection of the plaint is pending before the Additional District Judge, on whose file the suit in question is presently pending, objection having been taken to the reliefs claimed.

The counsel for the petitioner, after some hearing, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition and move afresh after the question of valuation and the prayer for rejection of the plaint on the application of the opposite party has been decided by the Additional District Judge.
