O R D E R

The Decree Holder has filed an affidavit stating that it has received a sum of `1,07,65,364/- under the cover of a letter dated 13.10.2015. It is stated that a further sum of `79,649/- is still payable by the Judgment Debtor as on 14.10.2015.

The learned counsel for the Judgment Debtor states that the said payment has also been processed and will be made within a period of two weeks from today. The learned counsel for the Decree Holder states that if the said payment be made within a period of two weeks from today, the Decree Holder shall not press for any further payment on account of interest on the said sum.

The Judgment Debtor is bound down to the statement made by the counsel and will make the aforesaid payment of `79,649/- within a period of two weeks from today.

The present petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.

The Decree Holder is at liberty to revive the present petition and also initiate any further action as may be advised, if that payment as directed is not made.
