% 01.12.2017 Counsel for the respondents enters appearance. He submits that the respondents are making attempt to amicably settle the dispute with the petitioner.

This court in its order dated 16.10.2017 had restrained the respondents from selling, alienating or transferring the property bearing No. Plot No.-A-14, Basement and First Floor, Kailash Colony, New Delhi, mortgaged to the petitioner. In view of the limited controversy involved in the present petition, it is directed that the interim order granted on 16.10.2017 shall continue for a period of four weeks from today within which time petitioner would take steps for appointment of an Arbitrator in accordance with the agreement executed between the parties, if the dispute still persists. It shall be open to the Arbitrator to extend/modify/vacate the interim order, in accordance with law. The

contentions of either parties shall remain open before the Arbitrator. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. NAVIN CHAWLA, J DECEMBER 01, 2017/cd
