At the very outset, Mr. Harshbir Singh Kohli, learned counsel for petitioner states that the present petition has become infructuous. 2.

The petitioner has challenged his impleadment in the suit in question but it is informed that on account of settlement between the parties, such suit has already been withdrawn last month.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
