% 03.12.2015 The petitioner is the President of an NGO, run under the name and style of Sarvodhya Mahila Jan Kalyan Samiti.

The aforesaid NGO is a registered organisation.

It has been alleged that the petitioner along with others had visited the construction site of the complainant and had asked the persons present there to stop construction or serious action would follow. Ms.Madhu Bakshi, the complainant, has alleged that they were threatened of dire consequences and the petitioner also called up on number 100, when police arrived at the spot and threatened the complainant and her associates.

The petitioner was granted interim protection by this Court on 15.09.2015.

The petitioner, as directed, has joined the investigation and there is an

assurance on her behalf that she would keep on participating in the investigation.

Considering the nature of accusation and conduct of the petitioner in participating in the investigating process, this Court is inclined to confirm the interim protection which has been granted to the petitioner. Let the petitioner be released on bail, in the event of her arrest, on her furnishing a bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/SHO of the concerned police station.

The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. Dasti.
