This court vide its interim order dated 16.10.2017, had restrained the respondents from selling, alienating or transferring the property Khaneshumari No 1327/7, 8 and 9 of the Main Road or 5th B Main Road, Meenakshinagar, Kamakshipalya Banglore, Karnataka560079, mortgaged to the petitioner. As none has appeared for the respondents, the interim order is confirmed.

I am informed that the petitioner is in the process of taking steps for appointment of an Arbitrator in accordance with the Arbitration Agreement. It will be open to the Arbitrator to modify/vacate the interim order in accordance with law. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. All contentions
