CORAM:
JUSTICE S.MURALIDHAR JUSTICE TALWANT SINGH
O R D E R
% 20.09.2019 1.The challenge in the present petition is to an order dated 16th November, 2018 passed by the Delhi Cooperative Tribunal, declining to interfere with interim orders dated 2nd August and 6th August, 2018 of the Arbitrator in the Arbitration Proceedings No.2846/AR/ARB/2017-18.
2. While directing notice to issue in the present petition, this Court was not inclined to pass any interim order on 30th November, 2018. The Court is now informed that the Arbitrator has passed an award. It will be open to the Petitioner, if aggrieved with such an award, to seek appropriate remedies to challenge such award. With no interim order having been passed by this Court, this petition has been rendered infructuous, and the same is accordingly dismissed. It will nevertheless be open to the Petitioner to assail
the interim orders, along with the challenge to the final award, in accordance with law. The question of law raised by the Petitioner is left open for decision at an appropriate stage. No costs.
