The above application has been filed under Section 481 of the Companies Act, 1956 seeking dissolution of the Company-Delco Precitone Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. The said Company was ordered to be wound up by this court vide order dated 10.10.2012 pursuant to the recommendation of BIFR. It is pointed out that certain movable assets were located in the registered office of the Company at Rani Jhansi Road, New Delhi which were sold for Rs.85,000/-. There is no information qua any other assets of the Company in liquidation. The fund position of the Company is Rs. 57,627/-. Relying upon the judgment of the Supreme Court in Meghal Homes (P) Ltd. vs. Shree Niwas Ginni K.K. Samiti & Ors., (2007) 7 SCC 753, it is prayed that the present Company be wound up.

The application is allowed.

CRL.O.(CO.) 23/2015 The Company-Delco Precitone Jewellers (P) Ltd. is dissolved. The OL may de-seal the premises at Rani Jhanshi Road and hand over the same to MMTC. The OL is discharged as Liquidator of the Company. He may also close the books and accounts of the Company. The balance amount left may be transferred to the Common Pool Fund of the OL on account of the expenses incurred by the OL.

The petition stands disposed of.
