% 27.08.2018 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted, on instructions, that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition and applications filed therewith seeking quashing of FIR No.68 of 2005 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. of Police Station Connaught Place reserving the right to move an appropriate application either for compounding of the offence or for quashing in accordance with law after the question of charge has been considered by the Trial Court.

The petition and the applications filed therewith stand dismissed as withdrawn.
