Upon it being put to Mr. Rahul Kadyan, Advocate appearing for the review applicant as to how the case of the review applicant is different from the case of Mr. Dushyant who had earlier filed CM No.4139/2016 and which application was dismissed vide order dated 19th February, 2016, he states that he is not the main counsel and the main counsel is Mr. Sumit Tomar and he does not know all the facts and Mr. Sumit Tomar, Advocate is out of station. 4.

Dismissed for non prosecution.
