After some hearing, the petitioner Braham Prakash, present in Court along with his counsel, undertakes to hand over the vacant and peaceful possession of Quarter No.3, Block No.84, Sector-1, Pushp Vihar, M.B. Road, New Delhi - 110017 to the competent authority on or before 15th January, 2018. The undertaking of the petitioner is accepted. 2.

This writ petition and the application are disposed of in terms of the undertaking of the petitioner.

In the event of any violation of the undertaking the competent authority would be at liberty to take over the possession of the subject quarter from the petitioner in accordance with law apart from initiating

appropriate proceedings against the petitioner for violation of the undertaking.

The petitioner shall sign the order sheet before leaving the Court. 5.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
