% 12.12.2017 The parties have arrived at a settlement dated 4th December, 2017 and in terms of the settlement, respondent has handed over certain post-dated cheques to the petitioner. Mr.Ashok Chhabra, the learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, assures the court that these cheques would be duly honoured upon presentation. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to revive the same in case needed.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
