% 02.12.2016 CM 27254/2016 The delay of eight days in filing the counter affidavit is condoned. The application is disposed of.

W.P.(C) 9039/2015 1.

The petitioner and Mr.Amey Godbole, Senior Manager (HR) of respondent no.3 present in Court along with their respective counsels submit that they have amicably settled the matter for payment of Rs.2 lakh by respondent no.3 to the petitioner in full and final settlement of all her claims. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent no.3 submits that respondent no.3 shall transfer the payment of Rs.2 lakh in the savings bank account of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. The petitioner has given the particulars of her savings bank account to the competent officer of respondent no.3 today in Court.

The petitioner submits that there are dues of provident fund to be paid

by respondent no.3. The competent officer of respondent no.3 submits that the dues of provident fund shall also be released to the petitioner within 45 days of the petitioner's submitting the requisite form. 4.

The petitioner agrees that upon receipt of Rs.2 lakh from respondent no.3 she would not raise any claim or institute any legal proceedings against respondent no.3 and/or its employees.

The settlement between the parties is taken on record. The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties. Respondent no.3 shall remain bound to make the payment of Rs.2 lakh to the petitioner within two weeks and the provident fund dues to the petitioner within 45 days of the petitioner's submitting the requisite form. 6.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
