% 01.12.2017 Mr. Anuj Jain is present in person. He submits that he also has the authority to appear on behalf of respondent no.2 & 3. None appears for respondent no.4 in spite of service. It is brought to my notice by the counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Anuj Jain that Arbitral Tribunal has already been constituted for adjudication of the disputes that have arisen between the parties. In that view of the matter, the present application is directed to be treated as an application under section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the Arbitral Tribunal. All contentions of either party shall remain open before the Arbitral Tribunal. In the meantime, the respondent no.1 to 3 shall comply with the order dated 16.10.2017 by this court within a period of four weeks

from today.
