% 18.12.2017 Both the petitioners claim that if five marks are added to their score sheet as M.Tech Credit, then they would be eligible for being appointed as Assistant Executive Engineer (Drilling)- Mechanical. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that many communications were addressed to the respondents to given the M.Tech Credit while drawing the final score sheet and interviewing the candidates, but it has not been done.
None of the communications purportedly made by petitioner are on record. In such a situation, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to respondent to treat this writ petition as a Representation and to consider it and pass a speaking order thereon within four weeks and its fate be communicated to petitioner within two W.P.(C) 9763/2017
weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be.
