Additionally, the case history of Sh.Vikas Aggarwal, while he was under treatment at the Lilavati Hospital, Mumbai from 08.10.2015 onwards, has also been enclosed. The statement of Ms. Vandita Gupta, sister of Sh. Vikas Aggarwal has also been enclosed with the Status Report.
