% 30.01.2019 Ms. Raymon Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition.

Ms. Jyoti Taneja, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No. 1/NDMC submits that a civil suit, as had been referred to in previous order dated 05.12.2018, seeking the self-same relief has been filed by the petitioner and is pending before the concerned civil court. Be that as it may, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. ANUP JAIRAM BHAMBHANI, J.
