1. None appears for the Petitioner despite pass over. A status report has been filed by the State. The couple is also present in the Court. The status report clearly states that the couple is happily residing at the home of respondent No.6, i.e. the parents of respondent No.5, whom the Petitioner's daughter has married of her own free will.

2. In that view of the matter, the Court reiterates that as and when the couple, i.e. the daughter of the Petitioner and respondent No.5 seek any intervention by the police for their protection that will be attended to forthwith.
