% 14.01.2019 Mr. Dudeja, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to obtain instructions apropos how the entire investments could be returned. Mr. Rahul Mehra, the learned Standing Counsel (Crl.) for the Govt. of NCT of Delhi assures the Court that investigation shall be carried out in right earnest and every endeavour shall be made that a Charge-sheet is filed within two months from today. It is expected that the investigation will examine number of investors and investments made by different investors individually and also as to how the amounts lying frozen in bank accounts could possibly be distributed proportionately amongst the investors.
