% 17.10.2017 Respondent no. 2 Ms. Simran Ahluwalia is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Abodh Sharma of Police Station Preet Vihar. Respondent no.2 submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner no. 1 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 25th September, 2017 of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. Photocopy of the Settlement Agreement dated 25th September, 2017 has been placed on record at pages 118 to 128.

It is further submitted that Settlement Agreement was also

placed on the record of FAO(OS) Nos. 14/2017, 26/2017 and MAT. APP. (F.C.) No. 174/2017, wherein parties have been bound down by the terms of settlement. Settlement Agreement has been signed by the petitioner nos. 1, and 2 as well as respondent no.2.

Petitioner nos. 3 to 6 are relatives of petitioner nos. 1 and 2.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 on the one hand and respondent no. 2 on the other, before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, aforesaid FIR and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
