% 04.12.2018 Non-compliance of order of 15th May, 2018 is alleged in this petition, seeking initiation of proceedings for contempt of Court. Vide aforesaid order, decree for possession, mandatory injunction and declaration has been passed. Petitioner's counsel submits that he has already got the possession of the subject premises, but petitioner is not being allowed to have access to the third floor of the subject premises. If it is so, then petitioner has to seek execution of the decree passed by vide order of 15th May, 2018. This Court is not inclined to initiate proceedings for contempt of Court against respondent as petitioner has an efficacious remedy of getting the decree executed. With aforesaid observations, this petition and the application are disposed of.
