2. The prayer in this habeas corpus petition is that the Petitioner's husband should be traced out by the police.

3. The husband of the Petitioner is present in Court, identified by his counsel. He states that he is not under any restraint by any person. W.P.(CRL) 3029/2017

4. In the circumstances, the question of any habeas corpus petition being entertained does not arise. It would, however, be open to the Petitioner to seek other appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
