% 24.01.2018 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably;

therefore, FIR No.

1126/2014 under Sections 323/452/506/34 IPC registered at police station Vasant Kunj North on the complaint of respondent no. 2, may be quashed. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Sandeep of Police Station Vasant Kunj North. Respondent no. 2 submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, vide a Settlement Deed dated 29th September, 2017 and he has no objection in case the FIR is quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and

respondent no.2 voluntarily, in my view no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending.

Accordingly, FIR No. 1126/2014 under Sections 323/452/506/34 IPC registered at police station Vasant Kunj North and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
