Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No.90/2017 under Sections 323/326/341/34 IPC, Police Station Hauz Qazi. 2.

Petitioner has joined investigation.

Initially the FIR had been registered under Section 323/341 read with Section 34 of the IPC. Offence was later on converted to an offence under Sections 324/341/34 of the IPC in view of the permanent disfigurement of the face so opined to be a grievous injury. He was not admitted in the hospital and had been discharged on the same day.

It is stated that the investigation is almost complete and the BAIL APPLN. 2078/2017

challan is likely to be filed shortly.

Interim order dated 23.10.2017 is confirmed. In the event of arrest petitioner be admitted to bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer with the condition that he will join the investigation as and when summoned by the Investigating Officer.
