The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.149/2017 under Sections 376/506/509 IPC registered at Police Station Mahender Park. Status report is on record. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.

The petitioner is in custody since 03.06.2017. Charge-sheet has already been filed.

The age of the prosecutrix is 23 years.

Status report reveals that the prosecutrix and the petitioner were acquainted BAIL APPLN. 2082/2017

with each other since long. Previously they had friendship for about five years. Allegations regarding rape emerged only in 164 Cr.P.C. statement. Allegedly the petitioner used to establish physical relations on several occasions. Sections 376 IPC has been added subsequently. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
