% 09.01.2018 C.M. No.37797/2017 The present application is dismissed as not pressed. W.P.(C) 9249/2017 Vide the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondents to deliver him copies of his evaluated answer- sheets in respect of subjects „Maths‟ and „English Core‟ in the Senior School Certificate Examination, 2017.

Mr. Amit Bansal, learned counsel for the respondents submits that though the said answer-sheets were duly uploaded on the website, from where the petitioner was expected to take copies, he has instructions to state that as desired by the petitioner, the respondents will supply hard copies of the same to the petitioner through counsel, within one week from today.

In view of the aforesaid statement, nothing further survives in the present writ petition.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. A copy of this order be given Dasti under the signature of Court Master.
