O R D E R

% 11.12.2017 This petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed seeking appointment of an Arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the 'Channel Partner Agreement for FBRPL' dated 9th January, 2015. Counsel for the respondent enters appearance and submits that, though the arbitration agreement between the parties is not denied and even the invocation is not denied, the value of entire dispute would only amount to Rs.7 lacs. He submits that he has no objection for appointment of an Arbitrator, though he would have preferred an amicable settlement. Counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier also attempts for arriving at a settlement were made, however, they had failed. In view of the submissions made, I appoint Mr.Yudhvir Singh Chauhan, Advocate, Mobile-9810153709 as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties in relation to the above agreement. The Arbitrator would make a disclosure in terms of Section 12

of the Act before proceeding with the reference. The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs. Copy of the order would also be served by the petitioner to the appointed Arbitrator.
