% 22.01.2018 CRL.M.A. 18883/2017 This is an application seeking exemption from filing certified copy of order, which is allowed subject to just exceptions. CRL.M.A. 18884/2017 This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 3 days in refilling the Crl. Misc. Application for removal of objections, which is allowed.
CRL.M.C. 4740/2017 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR no. 268/2017, PS Okhla Industrial, South East under Sections 279/337 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Inter alia, apart from the respondent nos. 1 & 2 arrayed on record, i.e., Commissioner of Police, ITO, New Delhi & Station House Officer, Police Station Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi, respondent no. 3 arrayed
on record is Ms. Jasmeet Arora, the stated injured in relation to FIR in question.
At this stage, inter alia, submissions have been made on behalf of the petitioner that the matter between the respondent no. 3 and the Insurance Company has already been settled as per the proceedings in MACT no. 697/2017 on 17.09.2017 and learned counsel for the petitioner, now, seeks to withdraw the present petition seeking liberty to file it afresh in view of the submission that the respondent no.3 and the insurance company have already arrived at a settlement and seeks liberty to file the petition afresh in the event of any settlement between the petitioner and the respondent no.3 which submission is not opposed on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 & 2. The present petition is thus dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty granted as prayed.
