TR.P.(C.) 164/2017& CM No. 37604/2017 (stay) Both the parties are residents of Paschim Vihar which concededly falls within the territorial jurisdiction of Family Courts of West District of Delhi located at Tis Hazari Courts Complex. Two other cases between the same parties are already pending at Tis Hazari Courts Complex, one a Civil Suit and the other a petition alleging domestic violence before a Court of Metropolitan Magistrate.

In these circumstances, the petition of the respondent seeking dissolution of marriage bearing HMA No.2333/2017 titled Priyank Sabharwal vs. Smt. Rhea @ Rudra Tyagi Sabharwal, pending in the Court of Sh.Pitambar Dutt, Judge, Family Court, South-West District at Dwarka is TR.P.(C.) 164/2017

withdrawn from the said Court and made over to the Principal Judge, Family Court of West District at Tis Hazari Courts.

The transferer Court shall make over the file of the case fixing an appropriate date for the parties to appear before the transferee Court. The petition is disposed off accordingly.
