Pursuant to the order dated 17.01.2018, on which date learned counsels for the parties were directed to file a common tabulated statement in respect of all the petitioners and hand it over on the next date, learned counsel for the respondents has handed over a Summary of the candidates and a tabulated statement running into eight pages. 2.
In the tabulated statement, the name of the petitioner herein features at item No.14 and it states that the marks assigned to him for the written examination are 64.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has been furnished a copy of the said tabulated statement.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the qualifying marks for clearing the written examination is 73 marks out of 100 marks and the petitioner herein, having been awarded only 64 marks, does not qualify. He, therefore, does not wish to press the present petition any further. 5.
The present petition is disposed of, as not pressed, along with the pending application.
