% 28.11.2018 Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by ASI Jatan Swaroop of police station Krishan Nagar. He submits that he has settled the matter with petitioner of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion vide Compromise Deed dated 20.10.2018, therefore, he has no objection in case FIR No. 136/2014 under Sections 324/506 IPC registered at police station Krishan Nagar is quashed. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between petitioner and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the criminal proceedings pending against the petitioner. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent

proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
