By way of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. the petitioners are seeking direction to refer the case to Mediation Centre, Delhi High Court for amicable settlement of the matrimonial dispute.

Notice. Learned ASC as above accepts notice on behalf of the State. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner No.1 Jeet Lal Nagpal & petitioner No.2 Smt.Kailash Nagpal are senior citizen and father-in-law and mother-in-law respectively of respondent No.2/complainant. Petitioner No.3 Dr.Manish Nagpal is the husband of the complainant who is employed in Germany. The prayer made in the writ petition is only to the extent that the matrimonial dispute between the parties may be referred to the Mediation Centre of Delhi High Court. 4.

Perusal of the record shows that the complainant who is daughter-inlaw of petitioner Nos.1 & 2 and wife of petitioner No.3 has filed a

complainant with CAW Cell, Gurugram, Haryana. The address of the respondent No.2/complainant is also that of Gurugram, Haryana. In such circumstances this writ petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the Court having the territorial jurisdiction over the matter. 5.

Copy of the order be given dasti.
