Petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No.730/2014 under Section 302/201/120B/34 IPC, Police Station Govindpuri. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case directions are issued to the Trial Court for expeditious disposal of the trial, she shall not press the petition at this stage. 3.
Keeping in view the totality of the facts and circumstances and the fact that the petitioner has been in custody since 14.07.2014, Trial Court is directed to expedite the recording of the prosecution witnesses and endeavour to conclude the same within six months from the next date of hearing before the trial court. 4.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
