% 22.01.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submitted that she may be allowed to withdraw the present petition as she wants to move a review application before the learned trial court to have a decision on her argument that the balance due as claimed in the suit, arises out of mutual, open and current account where there have been reciprocal demands between the parties, in which situation Article 1 of the Schedule to Limitation Act, 1963 should apply. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed granted.
