Our attention is drawn to order dated 18th May, 2018, passed in W.P. (C) No.1062/2018, Petronet VK Limited Vs. Central Bank of India and Ors. and order dated 3rd July, 2018 passed by the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Delhi in Appeal No.39/2016, Standard Chartered Bank Vs. Central Bank of India & Anr. In view of the aforesaid position, counsel for the parties state that the present writ petition is rendered infructuous. The effect thereof would be that the petitioner herein would be entitled to return of the demand draft.
