% 01.11.2018 Ms. Anu Arora, Advocate submits that she has been engaged by the petitioner to represent him in the Court.

She says that she has filed Vakalatnama in the Registry today vide diary no. 409018. In view of this, Mr. M.K. Ghosh and Mr. Rohit Dutta, Advocates, who were earlier representing the petitioner, are discharged from the brief. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner will surrender before the trial court.
