Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State accepts notice. 3.

By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to get his daughter admitted in the primary school, get his wife, who is suffering from stones in gallbladder, treated and for maintaining social ties and arranging funds for the family.

On a notice being issued a status report has been filed verifying that the wife of the petitioner is residing with the minor daughter of the petitioner at House No. 2043, Pillanji Village, Kotla Mubarakpur, Delhi. Further as per the nominal roll the petitioner was granted parole for a period of four weeks in January, 2017 with further two furloughs in the month of March, May and August respectively. There is no allegation that when the W.P.(CRL) 2977/2017

petitioner was released on parole or furlough he misused the concession granted to him.

Considering the verification done, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner.

It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM.

Petition is disposed of.

Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
