Learned counsel for the State informs that a cancellation report has been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition stating that if complainant's opposition petition to the cancellation report is accepted it may be observed that the petitioner would be then entitled to remedy as per law.

Needless to state if the cancellation report is accepted that would be the end of the matter, but if the opposition petition succeeds, the petitioner would have a fresh cause of action and can resort to appropriate remedy as per law.
