Mr. Rameezuddin Raja, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd./Decree Holder, submits that Sinnar Thermal Power Limited was admitted to the Resolution Process, pursuant to which, a Resolution Plan, in respect of Sinnar Thermal The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Power Limited, was approved, vide Order dated 28.11.2025, by the learned National Company Law Tribunal ["NCLT"]. 2.
Further, he fairly submits that the amounts as awarded to the Decree Holder by way of Arbitral Award dated 27.07.2017 were made part of the claims that were lodged with the Resolution Professional during the Resolution Process.

This Court is of the opinion that since the learned NCLT has already approved the Resolution Plan, there arises no occasion for the present proceedings to remain pending.

In view of the foregoing, the present Petitions stand disposed of. 5.
A photocopy of the order passed today be kept in the connected matter.
