This Transfer Petition has been filed by treating the statement of the counsels in one of the proceedings to be a direction of the Court in which the said proceeding is filed.

Else, there is neither any plea nor any material before this Court to satisfy itself of a case for transfer being made out. 5.

The petition is rejected with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate petition, either annexing copies of the plaint and / or issues in all the proceedings or by making proper pleadings of the different proceedings and by disclosing as to how a case for transfer is made out. No costs.
