The petitioners are aggrieved by the judgment dated 09.10.2017 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, dismissing their petition for seeking a share in the admissible family pension and terminal benefits of their deceased son from her widow, the respondent No.3 herein. 2.
After addressing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of the petitioners to seek legal recourse, as may be available to them. W.P.(C) 9506/2017
