O R D E R

% 12.12.2017 By this petition, complainant/petitioner has prayed for quashing of FIR No. 281/2016 under Sections 342/323/34 IPC registered at police station Vasant Kunj North on his complaint.

Respondent nos. 2 to 5 are accused in the said FIR. It is submitted that matter has been settled between the petitioner and respondent nos. 2 to 5 amicably, therefore, petitioner is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed. Petitioner is present in Court and has been identified by SI Sandeep Sharma of police station Vasant Kunj North. He submits that he has settled the matter with the respondent nos. 2 to 5 of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, FIR may be quashed. Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the

petitioner and respondent nos.2 to 5 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
