% 20.04.2018 Learned counsel for the respondent-All India Institute of Medical Sciences (hereinafter 'AIIMS') produced the original record to justify the rejection of the petitioner's tender. The record shows that the AIIMS considered the petitioner's bid to be ineligible on account of the absence of valid VAT registration of Uttar Pradesh for the relevant time; petitioner had claimed experience from 01.01.2013 to 31.12.2015 and relied upon the certificate of Heera Lal Barah Saini Inter College, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. This meant that the experience did not coincide with any UP VAT registration. The VAT registration of Delhi pertained only to the certificate for one year for

the services rendered in the canteen at Aruna Asaf Ali Government Hospital, Delhi. In this view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that there was no infirmity in the rejection of the petitioner's bid.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the petition.

Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn along with the pending applications.
