OMP (E) 5/2017 This is an petition under section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act seeking assistance of this Court for summoning of one witness Mr.S.M.Mehta of M/s Architect Combine, 41 East of Kailash, New Delhi also at B-465, New Friends Colony, New Delhi. By the order dated 16th September, 2017, the Arbitral Tribunal had allowed the application of the petitioner for summoning of the said witness as there was no objection from the respondent. In view of the above, the petition is allowed. Summons to appear as witness shall be issued to Mr.S.M.Mehta, before the Arbitral Tribunal at Delhi International Arbitration Centre on 30th October, 2017 at 2.00 pm. The petitioner shall ensure service of summons on the said witness. Diet money shall be paid by the

petitioner directly to the witness on his appearance. The petition is disposed of .
